Yamazaki Islay Peated – Tsukuriwake 2024

This highly coveted Yamazaki expression is crafted using Islay peated barley, adding a smoky depth to the distillery’s renowned single malt. It beautifully blends the traditions of two iconic whisky–making regions, offering refined notes of crème brûlée, candied orange peel, and apricot, supported by fresh ginger and a rich, sweet finish. A superb contribution to the 2024 Tsukuriwake series.
